Clash Lane
Xiang Yu is a formidable fighter in Honor of Kings, excelling in crowd control and survivability. His passive, Resolute Will, enhances his resilience when low on health, while his skills provide powerful damage and area control. A suitable build focuses on items that maximize his damage output and durability in battles.
SKILLS
This is the list of skills of Xiang Yu
Passive
Resolute Will
When Xiang Yu’s health falls below 30%, he gains 40% damage reduction for 6 seconds, which can be triggered once every 90 seconds. After using Fearless Charge and No Retreat, Xiang Yu gains enhanced basic attacks, storing up to 2 charges.
Tips: Xiang Yu becomes more resilient when his health drops below 30%. Consider equipping items that increase his health to enhance his survivability and deal extra physical damage.
Skill 01
Fearless Charge
Xiang Yu charges forward, knocking enemies back. At the end of the charge, he slashes upwards, knocking enemies airborne for 0.75 seconds. Both the charge and the slash deal 200/240/280/320/360/400 (+6% extra HP) physical damage. Afterward, he gains an enhanced basic attack, which deals a vertical strike causing 200/240/280/320/360/400 (+100% physical attack) (+80% extra physical attack) physical damage, guaranteed to critically hit with a base critical damage of 150%.
Tips: This is Xiang Yu’s dash and control skill. If multiple enemies are in his path, he can control a group. This skill can also be used to push away enemy assassins who are diving in, protecting allies, or as a mobility skill.
Skill 02
No Retreat
Xiang Yu lets out a roar, slowing nearby enemies by 15/18/21/24/27/30% for 2 seconds, dealing 275/330/385/440/495/550 (+90% extra physical attack) magic damage, and reducing their damage output by 30% for 3.5 seconds. Afterward, he gains an enhanced basic attack and a 25/30/35/40/45/50% speed boost for 2 seconds. The enhanced basic attack performs a wide sweep in front of him, healing him for 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+8% extra HP) HP (only 50% effective against non-hero units, with more healing at lower HP, up to an additional 50%), and dealing 40 (+100% physical attack) physical damage.
Tips: This is a group control skill that affects enemies within its range. It can be combined with Skill 1 for a two-part control effect.
Ultimate
Hegemon’s Slash
Xiang Yu unleashes a powerful slash after channeling, gaining an indomitable will during the skill. He slashes out a blade wave that deals 900/1350/1800 (+200% extra physical attack) physical damage to enemies in its path. Enemies hit by the edge of the blade take an additional 50% damage and are stunned for 1 second. The lower Xiang Yu’s health, the more damage this skill deals, up to an additional 50%. 20% of the damage dealt is converted into HP.
Indomitable: Xiang Yu becomes immune to death, with his health dropping to a minimum of 1 HP.
Tips: This is an AOE skill with true damage, but it has a slight delay. The skill’s range is quite large, so aim to hit as many enemies as possible.
