SKILLS
This is the list of skills of Heino
Passive
Fate’s Guidance
Cooldown: 0s, Cost: 0
Heino fights using both ranged and melee forms as guided by fate. His skills and melee basic attacks apply a mark on enemies hit, lasting for 7 seconds.
Ranged: Heino harnesses the power of fate to attack distant enemies, dealing 100% physical attack as physical damage and 15% magic attack as magic damage.
Melee: Heino swings the Blade of Fate in a 360-degree strike around himself, dealing 100% physical attack as physical damage and 45% magic attack as magic damage.
Tips: Heino has two forms of basic attacks. The melee attack is a 360-degree strike.
Skill 01
Scepter of Fate
Cooldown: 5/4.8/4.6/4.4/4.2/4s, Cost: 30
For each marked target Heino hits, the cooldown is reduced by 0.2 seconds, up to a maximum of 1 second.
Ranged: Heino forcefully throws the energy-infused Staff of Fate, dealing 400/480/560/640/720/800 (+60% Magic Attack) magic damage. Heino also throws a secondary staff at marked targets in front of him, dealing 75% of the primary staff’s damage.
Melee: Heino throws the whirling Blade of Fate, dealing 250/300/350/400/450/500 (+40% Magic Attack) magic damage and applying a 30% slow for 2 seconds. For each marked target hit, Heino recovers 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+5% Bonus Health) health
Tips: If more marked targets are aligned in a straight line, the ranged skill can deal massive damage.
Skill 02
Leap of Fate
Cooldown: 6/5.8/5.6/5.4/5.2/5s, Cost: 40
Heino dashes forward, switching to ranged form if no enemy heroes are nearby, or to melee form if there are enemy heroes nearby.
Ranged: Increases movement speed by 15/18/21/24/27/30% for 2 seconds. For each enemy hero near the starting point of the dash, the speed boost increases by 25%, up to a maximum of 50%. If Heino switches forms, this boost is doubled.
Melee: Increases physical and magic defense by 100/120/140/160/180/200 and restores 450/540/630/720/810/900 (+12% Bonus Health) health, also increasing max health by the same amount. For each enemy hero near the endpoint of the dash, the healing effect increases by 25%, up to a maximum of 50%. If Heino switches forms, this boost is doubled.
Tips: Switch between ranged and melee forms based on whether there are targets near the endpoint of the dash. Switching to melee can provide substantial healing.
Ultimate
Fate Rewind
Cooldown: 80/75/70s, Cost: 80
Heino leaves a record at the last moment of his previous ranged state. He then unfolds a domain, gaining 15/22.5/30% damage reduction and restoring 400/600/800 (+6% Bonus Health) health. During this time, Heino is in a super armor state and cannot move. After a 1.5-second delay, the domain deals 300/450/600 (+100% Magic Attack) magic damage, and Heino rewinds back to the recorded point. If there is an allied turret within the domain, it will rewind to its state 5 seconds ago. The lower Heino’s health, the higher the healing received, up to double the base healing amount.
Tips: Try to apply marks on as many targets as possible before using the ultimate. After landing, Heino will be in ranged form, making it easier to deal massive damage with Scepter of Fate.
