SKILLS
This is the list of skills of Loong
Passive
Cooldown: 0s, Cost: 0
Loong’s last two skills cause elemental Dragon Souls to attach to his primary and secondary swords. The primary sword deals 100% physical damage, while the secondary sword attacks nearby enemies, dealing 30% to 60% physical damage. Each time Loong uses a skill, he gains a Dragon Soul Mark, stacking up to 3 times. His next basic attack consumes all marks, unleashing Dragon Souls to strike the target, with each mark consumed triggering an additional attack. The enhanced basic attack gains different effects based on the elemental Dragon Soul attached to the primary sword. If multiple Dragon Souls strike the same target, subsequent Dragon Souls deal only 50% damage. When switching elements, the same type of Dragon Soul is prioritized.
Tips: Loong’s basic attacks can hit two targets, so it’s beneficial to engage in 2v2 lane battles early on to maximize his potential.
Skill 01
Flaming Palm
Cooldown: 12/11.2/10.4/9.6s, Cost: 60
Loong swings his sword, dealing 300/400/500/600 (+60% bonus physical attack) physical damage and 75/100/125/150 (+15% bonus physical attack) true damage to up to 3 targets within range. This attack also inflicts 50% splash damage on enemies behind the target and adds a Dragon Soul Mark. After using Flaming Palm, a Fire Dragon Soul attaches to his sword, adding 15/20/25/30 bonus physical damage to his basic attacks. If both swords are infused with Fire Dragon Souls, the damage increases by an additional 50%. When a Fire Dragon Soul is attached to the primary sword, the first strike of the enhanced basic attack deals 75/100/125/150 (+36% bonus physical attack) true damage, and the following two strikes deal 75/100/125/150 (+36% bonus physical attack) physical damage.
Tips: The Fire element is focused on damage and is essential for building up to the three-layer enhanced basic attack.
Skill 02
Downpour
Cooldown: 12/11.2/10.4/9.6s, Cost: 60
Loong swings his sword, dealing 240/320/400/480 (+35% bonus physical attack) physical damage to up to 3 targets within range. It also restores 90/120/150/180 (+60% bonus physical attack) HP upon hitting. After using Downpour, a Water Dragon Soul attaches to his sword, restoring 18/24/30/36 HP and 0.5% maximum mana with each basic attack. If both swords are infused with Water Dragon Souls, the healing increases by an additional 50%. When a Water Dragon Soul is attached to the primary sword, each strike of the enhanced basic attack deals 60/80/100/120 (+35% bonus physical attack) physical damage over three strikes, and each hit restores 90/120/150/180 HP.
Tips: The Water element is focused on healing and sustain. When at a disadvantage in the lane, keep at least 1 point of the Water element to help withstand pressure.
Skill 03
Riding the Wind
Cooldown: 12/11.2/10.4/9.6s, Cost: 60
Loong swings his sword, immediately increasing his movement speed by 30/40/50/60%, which gradually decays over time, and deals 240/320/400/480 (+35% bonus physical attack) physical damage to up to 3 targets within range, causing 50% splash damage to enemies behind the target and knocking them back. After using Riding the Wind, a Wind Dragon Soul attaches to his sword, granting 12/16/20/24 movement speed. If both swords are infused with Wind Dragon Souls, the movement speed increases by an additional 50%. When a Wind Dragon Soul is attached to the primary sword, each strike of the enhanced basic attack deals 60/80/100/120 (+35% bonus physical attack) physical damage and knocks back enemies over three strikes.
Tips: The Wind element is focused on control and mobility. When transitioning between lanes, switch to Wind. In team fights, try to keep Wind ready to help with self-protection.
Ultimate
Infinite Vastness
Cooldown: 80/75/70s, Cost: 120
Loong reveals his true White Dragon form and ascends into the sky, becoming immune to attacks, ignoring terrain, and untargetable for up to 4.5 seconds (can end early). He then dives forward (remaining untargetable during the dive), dealing 400/600/800 (+80% bonus physical attack) physical damage and applying a 30% slow to enemies in his path. At the point of impact, he deals the same damage again and inflicts a Fear effect for 1 second. Afterward, Loong reveals the True Dragon Snow Sword, increasing his attack speed by 20/30/40% and his attack range by 50 for 10 seconds. During this time, Loong’s True Dragon Snow Sword attacks can hit up to two additional nearby targets. Enemies affected by the Fear effect will instinctively move away from Loong. While flying, Loong can freely switch the elemental Dragon Souls attached to his swords.
Tips: Use the ultimate to engage when victory is likely. Otherwise, itโs better to use it for repositioning.
