SKILLS

Passive
Mind Games
For each enemy hero nearby, Yang Jianโs control duration is reduced by 20%, up to a maximum reduction of 60%.
Tips: The more enemy heroes around Yang Jian, the less time he spends under control effects, making him more agile in battle.
Skill 01
Unleash the Hound
Cooldown: 6/5.8/5.6/5.4/5.2/5s, Cost: 45
Yang Jian summons the Hound of Heaven to charge at the first enemy it encounters, dealing 210/255/300/345/390/435 (+45% Physical Attack) physical damage. If the hound hits an enemy, the target is marked, granting vision of them for 5 seconds. During this period, Yang Jian can recast the skill to dash towards the marked enemy and attack, dealing 320/395/470/545/620/695 (+65% Physical Attack) physical damage plus an additional 16% of the target’s missing HP as physical damage (up to 800 damage on non-hero units). If the marked target is killed during this period or directly by Yang Jian, the cooldown of Unleash the Hound is immediately reset.
Tips: This skill is a skillshot that requires predicting the enemyโs movement. Yang Jian can use the first part of the skill to immediately teleport behind the enemy for an attack, or wait until the enemy uses a displacement skill before following up with the second dash for a higher kill chance. Successfully killing the target refreshes the skill’s cooldown.
Skill 02
Vain Disillusionment
Cooldown: 10/9.6/9.2/8.8/8.4/8.0s, Cost: 70
Yang Jian sweeps his weapon, dealing 250/300/350/400/450/500 (+100% Physical Attack) physical damage to enemies in range and reducing their movement speed by 50% for 2 seconds. If the targetโs HP percentage is higher than Yang Jianโs, they are stunned for 1 second. After hitting an enemy, Yang Jian’s basic attacks deal an additional 80/120/160/200/240/280 (+35% Physical Attack) true damage for 5 seconds.
Tips: This AOE skill slows down enemies in range and stuns those with a higher HP percentage than Yang Jian. When Yang Jianโs HP is low, this skill can stun multiple enemies, making it effective in group control situations.
Ultimate
Sight of Origin
Cooldown: 22/19/16s, Cost: 100
Yang Jian uses his celestial eye to release three laser beams. The first two beams fire a single laser, while the third beam fires three lasers. The lasers deal 300/450/600 (+72% Physical Attack) physical damage to enemies in their path and heal Yang Jian for 160/240/320 (+50% Physical Attack) (+5% Bonus HP).
If a target is hit by multiple lasers, starting from the second laser, they only take 30% damage and receive 50% of the healing effect.
Tips: This skill requires Yang Jian to predict enemy movements and can deal significant AOE damage. The more damage Yang Jian deals, the more he heals himself. Using the third laser when enemies are grouped can yield high returns.

Yang Jian Best Partners
Gao Jianli: Both heroes can initiate or follow-up in team fights, having high AOE damage and the ability to harvest the battlefield, improving team fight win rates. Gao Jianli’s ultimate’s effectiveness is enhanced by Yang Jian’s Skill 2, which can slow or stun enemies, making Gao Jianli’s ultimate hit harder.
Li Bai: Initially, Li Bai can deal a wave of damage with his ultimate, then Yang Jian can use his Skill 1 for executes, complementing teammates for successful kills. Together, Yang Jian and Li Bai have strong roaming and gank capabilities, making skill combos highly effective for catching enemies and making Li Bai’s ultimate easier to unlock.
Yan Jian Counter
Sun Shangxiang can easily dodge Yang Jian’s skills with her mobility. Diaochan can kite Yang Jian effectively while avoiding his skills.
Counter Tips: Maintain safe distancing from fragile heroes to prevent close-range output; once controlled or petrified, it’s easy to get killed. In team fights, avoid clustering too closely, as Yang Jian’s ult can have high output and control effects.
Usage Tips and Team Fight Strategy
In the early game, coordinate with controlling allies to ensure skill hits. In the mid to late game, use sustained output abilities to threaten enemy backlines.
During team fights, Yang Jian should constantly flank to limit enemy positioning, seize opportunities to dive into the backline with Skill 1, and continue outputting damage. Upon securing a kill and refreshing Skill 1’s CD, he can enter a phase of harvesting kills.
