SKILLS
This is the list of skills of Kongming.
Passive
Time for Tactics
Cooldown: 0s, Cost: 0
Skills that hit enemy targets will stack marks. Upon reaching 5 stacks, 5 magic orbs will be summoned to automatically attack nearby targets, dealing 135 (+25% Magic Attack) magic damage.
The magic orbs will prioritize attacking enemy heroes and will not attack non-combat state monsters. Damage to monsters is reduced by 40%, while damage to minions is increased by 40%.
Tips: Kongming can effectively use skill releases to stack the passive. At 5 stacks, this will deal a burst of damage to enemies, and the passive skill greatly improves jungle efficiency.
Skill 01
Arcane Assault
Cooldown: 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.2/1.1/1s, Cost: 60
Launch three magic orbs in a designated direction, dealing 500/600/700/800/900/1000 (+70% Magic Attack) magic damage to enemies along the path. If multiple orbs hit the same target, starting from the second orb, they will deal only 20% of the damage.
Each magic orb can trigger one mark of Time for Tactics. Arcane Assault can be prepared once every 8/7.7/7.4/7.1/6.8/6.5 seconds, with a maximum of 2 charges.
Tips: Optimize the release distance of Arcane Assault to maximize damage and increase the number of Time for Tactics marks.
Skill 02
Time Shift
Cooldown: 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.2/1.1/1s, Cost: 40
Blink in a designated direction, dealing 350/420/490/560/630/700 (+52% Magic Attack) magic damage to enemies at both the starting and ending positions. A single target hit multiple times within 5 seconds will have its movement speed reduced by 90% for 3 seconds. When multiple magic fields hit the target, they will deal only 50% damage.
Each magic field hit will trigger one mark of Time for Tactics. Time Shift can be prepared once every 8/7.7/7.4/7.1/6.8/6.5 seconds, with a maximum of 2 charges.
Tips: This skill is Kongmingโs core ability and his only displacement skill. It can be used strategically to escape or deceive opponents during team fights.
Ultimate
Winning Strategy
Cooldown: 35/30/25s, Cost: 120
After a brief charge, fire a Spirit Bomb at the targeted enemy, dealing 450/630/810 (+55% Magic Attack) magic damage. The damage increases by 2% for each 1% of maximum health the target loses. If the Spirit Bomb hits an enemy, it will trigger one mark of Time for Tactics. If it kills the enemy, Time for Tactics will be immediately activated and its cooldown reduced by 80%. If the Spirit Bomb hits a non-hero target before hitting a hero, it will deal equivalent damage and knock the target up for 0.5 seconds.
Tips: Kongmingโs ultimate can be blocked by enemy allies, so it is best to use it when facing isolated opponents. Use the ultimate to secure kills and refresh the cooldown more quickly.

Kongming Combo Sequence
Arcane Shift -> Time Shift -> Winning Strategy
Dash into the enemy with the second skill, stack the passive with the first skill to deal damage, and finally use the third skill wisely to finish off the enemy.
Kongming Teammates
Dun: As a mage, Kongming needs a tanky frontliner. Dun, as a warrior, can slow enemies with his first skill and provide a good output environment for Dun. Dun’s second skill also increases his damage resistance. Both can protect Kongming or engage enemies with Dun’s long-distance dash and stun with his third skill.
Zilong: Zilong pairs well with Kongming for their high mobility and ability to fight or flee while dealing damage. Zilong, a warrior with strong defensive and offensive capabilities, can distract and absorb enemy fire, allowing Kongming to deal full damage. If the situation turns unfavorable, both Zilong and Kongming can quickly escape using their mobility skills.
Kongming Counter
Kongming is easily killed by Prince of Lanling after being caught.
Mulan’s high burst damage can quickly kill an improperly positioned Kongming.
Kongming Battle Tips and Team Strategies
Manage the casting distance of the first skill to deal higher damage and accumulate more marks. Use the second skill to dodge enemy attacks and find optimal positions to deal damage. Aim to kill low-health enemies with the ultimate to refresh passive effects. Always be aware of your mark stacks and seize the opportunity to attack.
Detail 1: Utilize the passive to deal damage in the early game.
Detail 2: Use the third skill to finish off opponents in team fights.
Strategies: In team fights, Kongming should stay in the backline, dealing continuous damage with his passive and skills. Be vigilant of enemy divers to avoid being quickly eliminated due to poor positioning.
